Best Five Fancy Restaurants in Singapore

Burger & Lobster

If your concept of romance is a memorable memory, then Burger & Lobster at Jewel Changi or Raffles Hotel is the spot to rediscover your love. Their three-course meal is $160++ For starters, choose from cauliflower soup or pan-seared scallops, followed by a grilled half lobster, beef burger, or vegetarian burger for the main course. Finish the delicious date with a white chocolate pudding.

The Boathouse Restaurant is ideal for the hipster foodie pair

Consider The Boathouse Restaurant at the Fullerton Waterboat House if you want to appreciate your view of the Singapore River in a more quaint, laid-back setting. The Boathouse Restaurant is cozy and homely, with a sense of French flair within the updated historical relic.

A five-course meal priced at $185++ is the order of the day on Valentine’s Day. The menu includes non-alcoholic beverage pairings created by their in-house sommelier. A king prawn and saffron cavatelli, steamed sake ginger dory, Chardonnay lees and Koji chicken crown, beef wagyu sirloin, and fig leaf ice cream are among the courses.

Affordable Restaurant – Town Restaurant, Fullerton Hotel

There’s nothing more elegant than dining in one of Singapore’s finest luxury hotels while overlooking the Singapore River. However, dining on the rooftop of The Lighthouse, located on the 8th floor of the hotel, maybe out of your price range. For crying out loud, the lunch costs $800++ per pair. Instead, why not dine at the Fullerton Hotel’s Town Restaurant?

True, Town Restaurant does not have the same breathtaking perspective of the Singapore River and skyline as The Lighthouse. But for only $98++ a person, you can feast on scallop ceviche, octopus, and abalone, followed by an oxtail consommé. Then, for the main course, select between short ribs and sea bass. Finally, there are pralines, dark chocolate mousse, and raspberry chiffon for dessert.

Alkaff Mansion (Best Five Fancy Restaurants)

There’s nothing quite like Alkaff Mansion if you’re looking for a romantic getaway. The magnificent 19th-century bungalow has kept its old-world colonial charm. Because of its stunning interiors, it is excellent for both weddings and highly romantic dates. Your date can continue after supper with a leisurely stroll through Telok Blangah Hill Park, which is located in the heart of the park.

At the Spanish gastropub TXA, choose the 3-course dinner menu at 5:30 pm or 8:30 pm. For $158 per person, expect Iberico ham and an octopus terrine for starters, Atlantic cod or 48 hours slow cooked wagyu for mains, and berry rice pudding for dessert.

Pete’s Place, Grand Hyatt

Pete’s Place, Grand Hyatt’s incredibly small and homely Italian restaurant, will be serving a 5-course Valentine’s Day menu for $168++ per couple – or $98 per pax. Expect to have a good time selecting from a menu that includes Sicilian pizza, Burrata, Parma ham and melon, Calamari Fritti, lobster spaghetti, Sea Bass Acqua Pazz, and Bistecca Alla Fiorentina. Finish with a Pistachio Semifreddo dessert and toast your love with a glass of Prosecco (included in the price). Expect the environment and service to be adequately atas and impressive, as with any hotel restaurant. To us, this appears to be a good offer.
